What we do
CallRating is a Software as a Service (SaaS) billing and provisioning application for telecommunications service vendors in Australia.

Our system works with multiple service providers or carriers to generate invoices for your customers for voice, data, recurring and one-time charges. CallRating aggregates charges (including for your own products) to a single invoice, while at the same time allowing you control over most aspects of the billing process.

 
No minimum turnover
CallRating does not have any minimum required billing turnover. Our fees are based on a percentage of end customer billing plus a small monthly account charge.
Low or no setup cost
Where a new client is able to use our standard invoice templates and does not require special data transfer or access services, no set up fee is charged.
Flexible pricing and rating engine
CallRating has been designed for pricing and usage rating flexibility. This flexibility allows differing price rules to be applied to the individual components or products within each service provided to a customer.
Data file management
CallRating has established file transfer and mediation processes for billing or provisioning data for many Australian service providers, including Telstra Wholesale EBill system. Additional file handling functionality is added as required.

CallRating commenced providing billing software for Australian telecommunication service vendors in 2005. Our objective, which has not changed since then, is to provide an efficient and scaleable billing solution for small and mid-sized Australian companies which are in the business of selling telecommunication services.
